This is a Walthers 910-1205 HO Chicago, Burlington & Quincy 40 Association of American Railroads Modernized 1948 Boxcar Ready to Run #60000. Features: One-time run of these roadnumbers. Fits 1960s to 1980s operations. Based on cars rebuilt to comply with updated safety standards featuring: No running board or mounts on roof, Tall ladders at B (brake wheel) end, Short ladders at A end. Improved Dreadnaught 4-4 end with rectangular top rib. Diagonal panel roof. 6 Youngstown doors. 10-panel riveted sides. 10 6 Interior height. Ajax hand brake wheel. Bettendorf trucks. Correct 33 turned-metal wheelsets. Proto MAX(TM) magnetic metal knuckle couplers.
